ELTEMTEK Inc., a pioneer in renewable energy developments, has achieved another significant success in the Turkish energy sector. ELTEMTEK has received preliminary project approval for the Büyükkışla Storage Wind Power Plant project, Turkey's first transmission-level-connected wind power plant, to be built by Entek Elektrik Üretimi A.Ş. in the Şereflikoçhisar district of Ankara province.

The project stands out with its 99.9 MWe / 121.41 MWh Lithium-Ion Electricity Storage capacity and 100.8 MWm / 99.9 MWe licensed power. Integrating the storage infrastructure with wind energy will increase the continuity of energy production while providing high efficiency and flexibility in grid management.

This pioneering project will directly contribute to the more efficient use of renewable energy resources and Turkey's energy supply security. Thanks to storage technology, the energy generated by wind turbines will be stored and supplied to the system when needed, ushering in a new era in energy management.

ELTEMTEK A.Ş. continues to play an active role in Turkey's energy transformation process with its strong expertise in engineering and consultancy.

We extend our gratitude to the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Turkey and all our industry stakeholders for their contributions to the successful completion of this process.
